Skip and Barbara Brown have owned Tree Tops since 1998, but it has been in the same family since 1946. Since our cottages have opened their doors , we’ve treated every guest like they were a part of our family. We have many regulars who have been coming to Tree Tops every summer for decades. We would love to have you join us!

-There are 4 cottages at Tree Tops. South BayView, North BayView and HighView are each 2 bedroom cottages and the Point cottage is a large 1 bedroom studio. Each 2 bedroom cottage has at least a queen bedroom, double bedroom and twin in the main room. In addition to the twin bed, South BayView also has a pull out sofa in the living room. The Point cottage has a queen bed and double futon on the enclosed "sleeping porch." Each cottage has a full kitchen and bath.

SUMMER 2025 WEEKLY RENTAL RATES: The term of the weekly rental is Saturday-Saturday, unless other arrangements have been made.
"High Season" is June 7-September 20, and we only rent weekly during this period: Weekly summer rates are as follows: South Bay View (a.k.a. #6) is $1975.00/week + tax. The Point, North Bay View (a.k.a. #5) are $1820.00 each/week + tax. High View (a.k.a. # 4) is $1760.00/week + tax.
“Shoulder Season” is before and after the above dates. “Shoulder season” weekly rates are as follows: South BayView Cottage is $1660.00/ week + tax and each of the other cottages are $1500.00/week + tax. (VT Rooms Tax is currently 9%)
SHORT STAY/WEEKEND RATES- There is a possibility of a 3 night minimum stay, if availability permits, during the “shoulder season”. Short term rates are usually only available from our opening in May through June 7 and Sept. 20 until our season close. Please inquire about additional days for a stay less than a week during the “off season”. There may a possibility of a short term rental during the “High Season” only if a cottage is not rented for the whole week and the above rates will not be in effect.
-Vermont rooms tax will be added to the total rent. Tax is currently 12%.

-You need to bring bedding and towels, as they are not included in the rent. You can rent sheets and towels at an additional charge. Please inquire.
-We have guest moorings for 1 boat less than 2500 lbs. and a boat ramp to launch is about 2 miles away. Inquire for price and availability.
-One (1) pet per cottage is allowed with a surcharge.
-We are only about 20 min. to Burlington.
